Nice workout!
Double up on drinking green tea. I swear it works for heading off colds. We had 2 bad colds that went through my house this season and one I didn't catch at all and the worst one I barely caught (just got the sniffles). It works!!
I'm really hooked. I drink at least 2 cups a day. ;o) From what I understand the Roobios (red tea) is even higher in antioxidants than the green tea. I drink roobios too.

Thanks Lisa. I will give it a try. Someone gave me some red tea at the end of the school year last June. Haven't gotten around to trying it. Will give the red and green a try and let you know.

Looking forward to telling you all about that. Leon

No biggie Leon. It is frustrating when externals prevent you from working out. But breaks are good sometimes, especially when you're stressed. Pushing it can get you injured..
Can't wait to hear what you do with the sandbag. They are a great change of pace and good exercise.

I feel you Leon, I hate it when life interferes with my w/o. Everything happens for a reason. Have fun with the sand bag. I'm considering getting one.

Finally had some time today to work out with the sandbag. Very interesting.... Sure got me breathing hard. Started with 80lb bag for alternating shoulder squats with a bear hug in between to transfer the bag 5R,5L 40lb bag clean and press 10 reps 40lb bag overhead lunge 8R,8L 40lb bag half moon snatch 5R,5L Reset the weight in the bag to 60lbs and then alternating shoulder squat pressing overhead in between 5R,5L clean and press 6 reps overhead lunge 4R,4L snatch 3 reps I think I am going to try to do the sandbag routine once a week for a change of pace. It's not a long workout but it seemed to do the trick. I am open to suggestions as to exercises to use though. Thanks for the encouragement John and Mike. Leon

Looks good Leon. You inspire me to try them. That's all I need is to have something else (besides KB's) for the better-half to trip on...lol.
