I love doubles work, except I have 2 55's so I haven't tried double snatchs, but double swings outside the knees is fun. For doubles, Mahler has some great stuff.
How have your results been from KB Muscle? Could you do the 45's or would it be too brutal? I've done some of the chain stuff with a single, for 7 circuits and was borderline in the fetal position around circuit 6.

Using a pair of 35# KBs.
Double High Pull x5 Double Snatch x5 Double Military Press x5 Double Front Squat x5
This week I did this sequence 7 times. The rest time was 90 seconds between rounds.
This is the 6th week of the workouts. After this week, the workout change and include complexes and chains (not metal, linked chains, but an exercise protocol)for another 6 weeks. I won't make it through all 6 weeks of the second half due to upcoming surgery, but I will do this til then.

I'll be having surgery for prostate cancer at the end of August. It will be done robotically and laproscopically, so external healing will be relatively quick. It's the internal healing that will take time. It will be a while after surgery til I can work out with KBs. 
Done with a pair of 35# KBs.
Double KB swing x5 Double KB snatch x5 Double KB seesaw press x5
Did this sequence 7 times this week. Rest time betweeen sequences was 75 secs.

I'm sorry to hear that Leon. My dad had prostate cancer about 7 years ago. Docs caught it early and he's still going strong-he was 70 last year and still walking 15 miles! I'll being thinking of you.

Did this sequence 6 times. 90 seconds rest between rounds.
Finished up with a set of 7 hanging toes ups immediately followed by 4 hanging knee ups.

Starting week 7 of Geoff Neupert's double KB program with a pair of 35#ers
Double high pull x5 Double (clean & press) x5 Double snatch x5 Double front squat x5 Added for the August challenge Chins x5
This sequence was done 5 times with a 2 minute rest between rounds.
25 chins so far this week. I will catch up. Will not be able to complete the whole month due to upcoming surgery but I will go in to surgery in damn good shape!

Nice workouts. Basic movements in good combinations. I know the feeling of getting restless when you aren't working out some days. My wife says it improves my temperment!

Thanks mate. because of the issue with the back I am having to stick with exercise that are "safe" and I know won't cause me problems. Can't really go wrong with the basics!
My wife often nags me to exercise if I get too irritable!!

I had my first post surgery workout last night walking the halls of the hospital bag with IV and catheter bag in tow. That's gonna be my limit weight wise for quite some time. But it felt good to be up and moving. Thanks fall all the support, thoughts, prayers, and encouragement here. This is quite the community.
