Used a pair of York Olympic 100# plates my dad gave me on my trap bar.
Barbell Power Clean 120#x5 alternated with TBDL 245#x5 Repeated this sequence 5xs with a one minute rest between sets
Barbell Bench Press 120#x5 alternated with chinsx5 Repeated this sequence 3xs with a one minute rest between sets
One Hand Deadlift with Rolling Thunder Handle 110#x5L,5R,5L,5R
Neck work weight hanging in front 55#x8, behind 35#x8

Followed this up with
Prone Rows 50# Db x8R, 8L Dips x8 Step Ups with 50# DBs x8R, 8L Prone Rows 50# Db x8R, 8L Dips x8 Hanging toe ups to the bar x5
75 sec rest between these sets as well.

Thanks Leon-sorry I've been so busy with end of year events and reports that I haven't been able to log. To tell you the truth I feel a little nervous about training others as don't have a training background, and my pupils are under 12. Do you use kettlebells with students. How old are they?

Your club sounds great! I'd love to offer one to my students. I've managed to offer a boxfit with outside providers but many of the children found it too hard which is a shame so numbers have dwindled. I think I need more training before I would personally teach children but if a traner came forward I'd jump at the chance.
