5 sets of 5 in the KB press seemed easier on my shoulders than did rungs of 5 with repeated ladders. Planning on 3 full body workouts a week. The December challenge was great for building a new base to work from, but I can't maintain the intensity of 5-6 workouts a week while working fulltime.
