Uneven KB step up (79# + 70#) 5R, 5L; 5R, 5L

5 sets of 5 in the KB press seemed easier on my shoulders than did rungs of 5 with repeated ladders. Planning on 3 full body workouts a week. The December challenge was great for building a new base to work from, but I can't maintain the intensity of 5-6 workouts a week while working fulltime.

Thanks for your kind words about my swing work! In my case not having full time work, has helped for that but not good for everything else

I like this alternating TGU and swings workout you did. Hope your cold gets better and TGIF to you as well.
