hope that shoulder feels better soon! i assume that you are stretching and/or rolling it on foam roller? ice prob isn't a bad idea either!

A day's rest sure helps with my shoulder. I broke down the TGUs into sets of 4 and really focused on keeping my form tight. Much better. Will give the ice a shot now as preventative. Thanks for the suggestions.

Glad things are feeling better.
You know, I usually only do my getups in singles, and they seem to make me feel stronger and I've never done anything but feel better after doing them regularly. Maybe the shoulder problem has to do with fatigue during those long sets?

Two 12 hour days at work this week. If it wasn't for this challenge I would have blown off these workouts. So glad to be participating in this. I feel so much better and the long days don't stress me as much with the swings and get ups for "decompression!"

Great job, Leon! I may try to combine my TGU with swings, in a similar format to break up the long session of TGUs. As the month gets older & more TGUs needed, sets with swings in between may work a lot better. All of this and working 12 hours a day, wow! My 10 hour days dull is comparison. Again, great job!

Going to take my amnesty day today and not work out at all. I have worked out 20 days in a row so far this month... that's the longest continuous series of workouts ever for me. It feels good, but so does a day of rest! Looking forward to the final push in week 4.
