It is my own sort of log language I guess. The "A -" or "B-" just is how I separate segments of the workout. Mobility is just arm swings, hip circles, spinal twists, etc. The kind of thing you do to warm up. I tend to do quite a bit of mobility for the hips, shoulders and spine.

I have an 8 month old son so it is much more simple for me to focus on bodyweight routines. I get my own training in very early in the morning and some times my son is actually in the basement with me so I have become fairly good at keeping things short, effective and to the point. I focus on basics (squats, pushups, pullups) and just go by feel each morning.

I'm looking through Pavel's book on joint mobility right now, that's why it caught my eye.
I'm using mobility exercises myself, a bit, to warm up, but Pavel's mobility thing is a workout in itself.
