No running for a while. There is still some swelling in the knee. Seemed to be aggravated a bit this past Saturday during a 3 mile run. No desire to prolong the recovery.

No man. I had to get up to get a little wakeup workout in and get things ready for my wifes race. We live in the Flint area about an hour from Detroit where the race was so we were on the road early. We have also been helping out with a local highschool crosscountry team so we went from my wifes race directly to a crosscountry meet back close to where we live. The boys team took second out of 17 teams and the girls took 4th at the invitational that they were competing at. Lots of great performances.

She is pretty happy with that time. Thats 5:30 per mile. Lots of work has gone into that. Been a pretty good day.
