Sorry to hear about your back. Mine has been grumbling too which is why I decided to do a swing challenge with a small weight plus some stretches and a nice bath. Feels better now thankfully. Hope you get better soon.

Back has got steadily worse over the past few days. Finally went to the doctor yesterday. Saw a locum who was a retired doctor who specialised in backs. He had a look and did some manipulation but it looks as if I have two blown discs (L3 & L4). Need to see my actual doc on Mon to get a referral for an MRI. Told to stay off the heavier weights until the MRI has been done. Ho hum.

Got the docs ok to train after I rang up and spoke to him. Explained about KB's and he was quite entusiastic. Told me to take it easy but gave the ok.
