Good to hear you aren't having too many problems. Keeping the school open has been a bit tricky over the last week, but we managed and the children had fun making snowmen.

My turn to get chatted up this week! Ex body builder with an array of gold teeth took great interest in my workout yesterday. Not really my type, but very sweet.

Been away on a course for the week. Stayed in a hotel which had a gym - no free weights or kb's. Had to improvise!

Burpees - Descending ladder 10 to 1 with 100 rope jumps after each set.
Treadmill - 15 mins of fartlek training
Prone Medicine Ball vertical chest throws (10kg)- 10 x 10
Sprawls followed by punch/knee/elbow combos - 4 x 10
Full body stretch

5 rounds of the following circuit:

50 x Rope jumps
10 x Side 2 side push ups
50 x rope jumps
10 x LLR
50 rope jumps
12 x Prisoner squat
50 rope jumps
10 x Divebombers

The hotel gyms I've used have often been a disappointment so I'm not surprised. Knowing the other users in those places I suspect they were a little shocked to see someone really working out! At the last Head Teachers conference it was just me and my boss and he wasn't up to much- which was a little embarassing.
