Unfortunately can't do full TGUs due to height restrictions - my shed isn't tall enough!! Did half get ups instead but did twice as many!!

Had a bit of a scare at work the other day. managed to twist my knee running to an incident. Seems a lot better after a couple of days rest though.

Been a pretty poor week again. Had a car accident at work on Sunday - nothing serious but got thrown around a bit, and due to the weather, we were stuck in traffic for 5 hours yesterday on a 40 mile journey!!

Did the following workout utilising one of our empty cells at work.
5 rounds of:
100 x rope jumps 10 x Feet elevated pushups 100 rope jumps 15 x Prisoner Squats (very apt!) 100 x rope jumps 10/10 x Lunges 100 x rope jumps 10 x Divebomber pushups 100 x rope jumps 20 x LLR 100 x rope jumps
1 minute rest between each round
