Took redeye back from Las Vegas this morning. Took 4 out of last 5 days off from training and diet. Gained 8 lbs in 9 days. Feel good just a little bloated. Back to no carbs today.

Most definitely. I pressed the 40Kg a couple of weeks ago (got two with my strong arm, only managed to push press it with my weak arm). It'll be a while before I go for the 48 as well. Keep up the pain!

Try for 9 total circuits monday!

I did 5 circuits of the following:

1 set of 3 snatches with 32kg bell (each arm)
1 set of 3 windmills with 32kg bell (each arm)
1 set of 10 two handed swings with 32kg bell
1 set of 10 bodyweight dips
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Finish with 3 set of 10 double snatches with 16kg bell with 30 second rest in between

At end - New PR .....40kb snatch once with each arm at 161 lb bodyweight!

No training. Got stuck in O'Hare airport for 10 hours. I left home at 6am and could not make it to Nebraska......ended up back home at 2am! Taking 1/16 off from training also.
