5 minute rest

then 100 more snatches with 16kg bell with no vest in 3 1/2 minutes

I meant training. Seems like never a day off from work and kids. Thry are great but have 20x my energy. Training is my alone time. I find it hard to keep away even though I know I need it!

30 reps total with each exercise

followed by snatches with 20lb xvest:

5x5 each arm with 20kb bell - 30 second rest in between sets
3x5 each arm with 24kb bell - 60 second rest in between sets
1x5 each arm with 32kb bell

Felt very strong after day off from training yesterday.

Traveling for business tomorrow for 9 days totak. No kettlebells to train with. Should be interesting!
