Whoa... Best of luck with the 80!!
My husband just got 2 80's for xmas. He loves them.
If you did 100 snatches after an hour long Anthony workout you are in great shape!!

Thanks Lisa! Today was tough! I havev been working on my strength endurace. Firepower! is great for that type of training.
I just started ETK this week to prepare for the RKC in June. I need to make sure I do not overdo it on the ladders. The last thing I need is to get injured and have to take time off. I am writing a few more articles: on nutrition/supplements and on the other 4 different training templates I use in addition to the circuit training. I will submit them to you when I finish. Is the next issue almost ready? Did my article make the cut?
Best, Rob

Hi Rob,
Yes, your article is in the next issue. We are working on it now. I believe John has your article for the magazine finished. He will send you a copy before the mag. is released.
Thanks so much for thinking of us for the next articles. They sound great. Nutrition is one of the things we would like to start featuring monthly. Sounds like they will fit right in. :o)
I'm going to have to give Firepower a try. My endurance needs some work. :o)
Best, Lisa

Thanks! I enjoy your stuff...anything I can do!
Firepower is hard. You might go a bit light to start. I had to go lighter than I thought to get through it. He finishes with a 5 minute snatch test.
The alturnating cleans, alturnating hang clean and press and the lunge/figure 8 to a hold are all smokers!
Try it twoce a week and your endurance will go through the roof! Let me know how it goes.
Best, Rob

Hey Rob,
I gave the Firepower workout a try. Good stuff!!
I'll definitely need to start out with the 18's. I gave it a go with the 26's because one of my 18's is on loan. I made it through the workout but I couldn't keep up with Anthony. ;o)
Best, Lisa

Lisa,
Great job! Your endurance will get better fast! I want to do it once a week as part of my ETK training. The snatch test is a killer at the end!
Best,
Rob

Those super planches from Firepower are unreal.
That is one thing I would really like to increase my endurance in. I used to be able to do 20 push ups. Not any more.

Keep working on the superplanks. They are tough. It is a great exercise for chest, tri's and core!
I want to work up to 50 reps.
Thank you for having John email me my article. It looks great! Is Kettlebell Info coming out this week?
