55 lb kettlebell

8 rounds of snatches 10R, 10L rest 1 minute in between sets
9th round, 6,6 form went, stopped. Goal was 10 rounds
Walk 3 minutes
TGU
10R 10L alternating after each rep.
10 swings
10 right handed swings, flipped to catch, dropped it and that was my cue to stop.

15 L 15 R alternating after each rep

Got a workout from Geoff Neupert's blog
w/ 55
5 swings
5 snatches
5 clean and press last one keep in rack position
5 reverse lunges
5 rows
then switch hands.
Took 2:15 to do the full cicuit w/ both hands, rested 4:30.
Did two rounds until a blister started rearing it's ugly head
100 two handed swings 10,10,10,15,15,15,25

5 reps each, switch to Left and repeat.

5 minute walk.

This took me an hour and 25 minutes. I got all the reps, but my recovery time between rungs is a little slow. Rung 5 is not a happy place

5 minute walk
10 sets of 10 swings altenrated w/ laddered burpees 1-10, minimal rest 45 seconds total.
5 minute walk.

146 swings in 6 minutes. Cardio was great, grip at the end was junk.

Was able to cut the ladders time down to just under an hour from 1:10.

On rung 4 ladder, 4, the last rep got stuck. Recleaned it and pressed it. I think I lost my concentration for a second and leaked some strength.

Rolled an 8
176 swings. 26/minute for the first 4 minutes and then my grip started going.
