9 days off, I've had to shelve the ROP due to a broken ring finger on my right hand.
With splint,
25kg 5 circuits, 1 minute rest in between
Turkish Get Ups 3 reps each side, alternating hands after each rep Goblet Squats 10 reps Two handed swings 20
At the end I did 2 TGUs left handed w/ a 45lb olympic barbell
I felt tired, but great

Day 2 of being back in the saddle. Experimented to see what I can do with the splint. Seems I'm going to be limited. Thank God for Turkish Get-Ups
12 minutes of
2 handed swings with a 28kg bell sets of 10 alternating with jumping jacks and running in place. 240 swings
15 minutes of Turkish Get Up's with a 25kg Alternating left and right. 18 reps each side
Shoulders feel great.

Got the clearance from the doctor to take the splint off and resume ROP
Light day 28kg 5 ladders of clean and press (1,2,3) alternated with rows, (1,2,3) Rolled a 6 Snatches, 25kg Reps of 7 each hand for 6 minutes.
Form was good, callous on left hand was barking, but nothing gives the cardio of a good snatch workout.

Variety day
5 minutes of Turkish Get-Ups with 28kg. Alternating L and R, 5 reps each side
Circuit training
5 circuits, 2 minutes rest in between.
Slingshot 30 seconds each direction Clean & Press 30 seconds each arm Burpees 1:00 One Arm Swings, 30 seconds each arm Goblet Squats 1:00
I ambitiously started w/ a 25 kg and after the first circuit dropped down to a 16kg for the last 4 circuits.
This is one of the two toughest workouts I think I've ever done. The burpees in the middle of it, absolutely kill you. I got this workout from David Whitley's 101 kb workouts ebook. It's free, download it, it will keep you challenged for a year.

Snatch Test Day
Goal 100 snatches in 5 minutes.
55lb
Did 89 and put it down w/ 20 seconds left. Did first 50 in 2:10 and died. I thought my arms were equal strength, but the right is a little weaker. Did 20, 20, 10, 10, 3 put it down for 15 seconds, then laddered, 1,2,3,4,3 had to put it down. I was absolutley gassed. I need to get stronger and build a little more cardio. A good start
