My body was REALLY tired today and I needed to tone it down a bit.
Kettlebell goddess DVD:
Upper body/core/abs - used 20# for everything unless marked
JM Windmills 3x4 (l,r) Chest press 3x6 (dbl kb) See Saw Press 2x10 (dbl kb) French press 3x6 Crush curl 2x10 Swing, Clean, Snatch- 10 reps of each (l,r) TGU 2 (1,r) Renegade Rows (on my knees with no bells yet...I may need to do dumbbells with these for awhile) 2x6 Farmer Walk - dbl kb 26# slow KB twist 2x10 russian twist 2x28

Ran 2 miles today.
I'm mixing my training schedule up a bit since I'm going to start running with a group on Tues and Thurs nights to train for a half marathon. I'll be doing my KBs on Monday (although I didn't today)thru Thurs depending on how my body is feeling with the KBs and the extra running I'll be doing with the group.

I gave out of energy since I had run and forgot to eat sometime before I went to run. I did eat a banana between running and kbs though, but it wasn't quite enough.

I decided to try something a little different today.
I did a Firm upper body dumbbell workout then did these kettlebell exercises:
Box pistols 3x4 (1,r) 20# Frnt squats 3x6 26# One legged deadlift 3x4 (1,r) 26# Step back lunges 2x12 20# GM 3x6 26# 1 swing, 1 clean, 1 snatch 5 sets (1,r) 26#
Feel like a wet noodle!!!

Oh, yes! REALLY hot (90s) with lots of humidity. It hasn't been as bad for humidity the past few days though which is nice. I was SOOOO sore this morning (and still!).
Workout for today was a 3 mile run with my training group.

Yesterday was a 2 mile easy recovery run. My legs were STILL screaming from my workout on Monday.
Today was/is a 15 min low impact just moving around using a Firm video (my hamstrings still aren't happy but I knew if I moved them around a bit they would feel better) then I did kbs:
Getup Sits ups 5 each side 1 C&P (l,r) 1 full form push up
Sling shots 10 right to left, then 10 left to right 2 C&P (l,r) 2 full form push ups
Get up sit ups 5 each side 3 C&P (1, r) 3 full form push ups
30 KB pullover/crunches 40 Russian Twists
Stretching/foam roller especially for the legs
I'll run 3mi tonight with my running group.

Walked 2 miles/recovery today. My hip was bothering me so I decided to walk instead of run today. Going to the chiro tomorrow so hopefully he can put my hip back where it was before he moved it around.
