Thanks, Bob. I'm trying! The running is helping as well as the KBs. Honestly, for MY body, if I work out CONSISTENTLY then I can lose weight, but if I find new activities to do (like now doing the running and the kbs vs. aerobic/dumbells videos)then I tend to push myself to that next level and the weight and inches seem go come off a bit easier.
I carry most of my weight in the middle which is the last place I'm losing it and it seems to be harder than losing other places on my body.

This was really a weird week for me and just overall not feeling well. I went to the chiropractor yesterday too so I'm feeling good bone/musclewise, but the other days of the week were caused by (TMI) my cycle. I have not felt that bad during TOM in over 2 years. The only thing I've done differently this month than in previous months was the running vs. the videos for some of my cardio. All that to say, no workout yesterday.
TODAY though I ran a cross country 5K this morning.
My plan for the week is: Sun - rest Mon - KB workout Tues- short run maybe a few kbs Wed kb workout Thurs short run Fri not sure...maybe just 1 mile run and a few kbs Sat- another 5K

Ran 2 miles...warm up/cooldown with 2/3 mi. I decided I don't like running in circles....I like running TO somewhere. I can talk myself out of quitting easier when I run laps.

Just made the stir fry up. Cooked quiona (with some stock), fried cashews, mushrooms, onions, cooked peas and tomatoes- just stuff from the fridge but tasted good.
I agree with you about running laps- I find that on cardio machines. I need a goal or somewhere to go to.
I told the body builder that I wasn't a sports person or martial artist because I am rubbish at sport! I've vowed to help children have better self images when they do sport.

Thanks for the "recipe".
That's great that you are fit enough for him to notice you.
My friend is the opposite of me...she knows she has X laps to do before she can stop and finds going TO somewhere harder.
