Combo workout today

It's a smoker.

I had a 4 hour workshop today.

Demo'ed,

swings
cleans
mp
tgu
snatch
windmill
front squats
dragon walk
renegade rows.

It was a great group. Very athletic and they all picked up on the drills easily.

Lots of fun.

Miles of walking in sweldering heat.. carrying a kid on my back many times as well. ;o)

Travel day to Denver, yesterday. We had to put the booth together. So for 3 hours I moved all kinds of weight around.

Plus the KB's are here so of course I had to snatch and press them a few times as well. ;o)

I'll get a good workout today with all the KB demo. I'm really looking forward to it. Should be a lot of fun!

Just wanted to tell you how much we are enjoying the new 26lb kettlebell. My wife has gotten pretty good with the basic swing. I helped here with a couple of TGUs.

Her sister came over yesturday and tried it out as well. She picked up the swing technique right away and even cleaned it pretty well. Right now she plans to come over a few times a week to use ours but I think she will like it enough to get one of her own.

The e-book that came with the kettlebell has been very well used by both my wife and her sister.

Hope the demo goes well.

Yesterday I demo'ed the swing ALOT. ;o)

Snatches, MP, Front Squats, Windmill...

I used weight ranging from the 6kg to the 16kg.

I feel pretty good this morning. I'm not sore or anything. But today will be a full day. So, I'm guessing tomorrow I'll be telling a different story. ;o)
