I know I can manage 20 reps per minute for 5 minutes with the 24kg, because I did it last week...I could hardly stand up afterwards, but I did it. 10 minutes straight of that just seems horrible at this point.
I know adding an extra rep/minute is brutal. Just upping the reps from 10 to 12 per minute was significant. Maybe I should try upping the reps per minute for part of the ten minutes and back off if I need to.

You must be talking about the 10-minute snatches. Thanks for the encouragement!
It is easier than it sounds. Just use a clock with a second hand. When the second hand hits the 12, do five snatches left and then five right. Rest until the second hand gets back to the 12 (should be about 30 seconds). At that rate, it will equal 100 snatches in 10 minutes. If you need an extra minute to get a breather, take it.
Another strategy is to take kettlebells of three sizes and set them all down in front of you. Switch to a lighter or heavier KB if you want to increase or decrease the intensity each minute.
I am in the process of adding an extra rep or two each minute with the 24kg until I can get to 200 in 10 minutes. I have a ways to go.
When you don't have a bunch of time for a workout, it sure makes the time go by fast!
