Jim,
Anything that includes burpees is a man hater. I did ladders with them yesterday and was not in a happy place when I finished.

These were burpees with 140lbs of kettlebells attached.
Doesn't take many to get the job done, and I really think anything over five reps of these is pointless. You just start to get slow after a few of them.

I love the feeling of the cold cement on my bare feet when I workout in my basement, especially on hot days like today. Leon

I try to train barefoot anytime I can. I have been wearing Vibram 5 Fingers lately. They are just about like barefoot. I did find their big drawback last Saturday. I was doing some 'manmakers' jogging and swinging kettlebells in the parking lot. It was about 95 and sunny. I had to pour cold water on my feet about every 3 minutes. The hot pavement goes right through them.
DEADLIFTS 375 X 5 345 X 5
KETTLEBELL MILITARY PRESSES 32KG X 5 40KG X 5 40KG X 5 32KG X 5
Starting almost completely over with some deadlift cycles, very light for now. Backing off to about 75lbs less than was working with a few months back. Hard to force myself to reduce the weight, but it is necessary.
