Jim- As a teacher, I always have to remind myself to do what I ask/teach my students to do. Guess it's the same thing when you are a trainer.

Yes, it is exactly the same. In the fitness world you have to set the example. I learned that many years ago from my Taekwon-do master. You have to work 2x as hard as they do to inspire them, and your ultimate goal is to have them surpass you.
Also, I have found that you are either pushing forward for something or falling backward. There is no simple maintenence.
