Barbell thrusters. 135x5 155x1 185x1 205x1 225x1(f) 225x1(f) 215x1
10 minutes of 24kg snatches @ 12 per minute. 10 minutes of 24kg jerks @ 10 per minute.

I felt pretty good once I warmed up. I think I just needed the rest as well as fight off the cold.
I think I might be able to make 200 snatches in 10 minutes if I just add maybe two per minute over several weeks. What do you think?

Yeah, I think so. Adding 2 reps per minute isn't TOO bad. Doesn't sound like much but can be brutal. I think it's doable though. If it doesn't work for you then back off the time and work on the number of reps per minute.
example. Do 3 minutes at 14 reps per minute and work your way up.
