Warm-up: clean and presses and snatches with combination of 16kg and 24kg.

Workout:

30 rounds of...

1 snatch left, 1 snatch right, then 1 weighted pullup w/ same KB. Alternated between 24kg and 32kg for all 30 rounds.

Apex Workout shake postworkout.
