Today:
Warm up: 16 kg clean and press 3X5 each arm 16 kg KB swings: swing 30 seconds, 30 seconds rest for three rounds.
Workout: 8 rounds of... 95lb barbell complex - 5 thrusters, 7 hang cleans, 10 sumo-deadlift high-pulls.
100 24kg KB snatches.
Apex FIT drink w/ glutamine postworkout.

10 24kg snatches each arm jog 200 yds 9 snatches jog 200 yds 8 snatches to 1 snatch and walk 200yds for cooldown

Warm-up: clean and presses and snatches with combination of 16kg and 24kg.
Workout: 30 rounds of... 1 snatch left, 1 snatch right, then 1 weighted pullup w/ same KB. Alternated between 24kg and 32kg for all 30 rounds.
Apex Workout shake postworkout.

1 ladder 1-5 clean and military press w/ 24kg. Unweighted pullups.
Workout: 5 x10 C&J w/ 24kg, superset with 5 unweighted pullups. 5 x 10 C&J w/ 32kg, superset with 3 pullups weighted w/ 16kg. 5 x 10 snatches w/ 32kg.

2)1700 hrs 1 hour traditional karate. kata, basics, sparring (611 calories according to bodybugg).
