Had a crown come loose on Friday so every time I took a breath larger than normal it felt like an ice pick in my brain. Fortunately my dentist was kind enough to fix it last night. Needless to say no workouts for a couple of days.

Today
1) 2 Arm swings x25
2) Snatches x5 (l,r)
Superset 1&2 x6

3 mile Fahrtlek run around neighborhood.

Tried running again. Hamstring still gets a little tight after about 2 miles.

Received a pair of 70 lbers (Many thanks, Lisa).

2 Arm Swings 10x10 70#

No problem with the swings but everything else will be a challenge with the 70's. I tried a double KB floor press and ended up with cast iron man-boobs. We're not in Kansas anymore.

A1) 2 Arm Swings x20 70#
A2) Double Suitcase Deadlift x5 70#
B1) 2 Arm Swings x20 70#
B2) Bent Over Row (l,r) x5 70#
C1) 2 Arm Swings x20 70#
C2) Windmills x3 53#
A,B&C done as superset , circuit x2

I'm comfortable with the 70's on these exercises. I anticipate getting some carry over in the more challenging exercise as I become more comfortable using the 70's with these.

Legs were dead today. I think Lisa's nefarious Dbl KB suitcase deadlift zapped my strength and energy.

Really good workout today, lots of energy. I think I'm already seeing some payoff from the 70lbers.
