BP--hit about 50 balls off the tee against the backstop.

After 11 years the mechanics are still there and amazingly (or not so) I was not fatigued nor were my hands on fire afterward. In the past when I'd start up BP after a layoff I'd have muscle soreness and because I was not real smart about my approach, I'd also have a blister or three on my hands. I think I may keep my kettlebells.

Workout A
A1) Double KB Military Press 3x6 53#
A2) Alternating Renegade Row 3x6 53#
B1) Double KB Front Squat 3x6 53#
B2) Double KB Swing 3x5 53#
Superset A1 & A2, B1 & B2

2 Arm Swings 4x25 53#
Snatches 1x10 35#

Bells felt a little heavy so I decided I'd go easier this week. I suspect hitting all those balls may have something to do with it but I think it will be good to throw in an easy week just the same.

Today

The evil stationary bike 20 minutes on interval setting Lvl 7.

On the 2nd set of Windmills I decided on the spur of the moment to try snatching the bell up rather than push pressing it and much to my surprise it went up fairly easily so I know I can do at least 1 rep of snatches with the 53#.

Given my technique or lack thereof, when the jump rope is not kicking my butt it's whacking me in the back of the head. Do your wristbands come in a 7-1/2 hat size?
