1/23/10 rest day..sort of 2.5 hour class, and joint mobility was all I had energy for. No wonder, after 300 consecutive swings!!!! Tina

did this circuit style
4x10 pushups (toes) 4x15 situps 4x100 swings w/26lber MP w/26lber 4x5/5 Bent over rows w/26lber 4x5/5
2nd 3rd and 4th set, did pushups (knees)--I suck at these so I am going to incorporate till I can do a respectable amount! 3rd and 4th repetition..did super sets of MP followed by Bent over rows w/26lber without putting bell down.

2/8/10 picked up what I thought was a slight cold, but with some rest, zicam, green tea, lots of water, fought it off.
joint mobility pushups 2x10 (all toes this time) situps 2x15 2 arm swings w/26lber 3x100, 1x120 pushups 1x10 (toes) 1x10 (knees) situps 2x15 2 arm swings w/36lber 1x25, 1x15, 1x10 1 arm swings w/18lber 1x50 total swings 520

2/14/10 this cold I'd been fighting won a bit, taught class saturday and figured it best to not push through and give myself some rest. felt good this morning and got back to it.
joint mobility circuit Pushups (toes) 1x11,1x10,1x8,1x7 pushups (knees) 1x4,1x5,1x7,1x8 goal here was 15 for each set on the toes, but that didn't happen so improvised situps (slow count on the negative 4x15 bicycles 1 minute reps (as many as I could) 1x70,1x80,1x85,1x85 squat lunge combo w/26lber 4x7 (front squat, left lunge, front squat, right lunge, front squat, back left lunge..you get the idea)
swings 2 arm w/35lber 1x100 hand 2 hand w/26lber 1x100 hand 2 hand w/18lber 1x200 2 arm w/35lber 1x100 2 arm w/18lber 1x200 total swings 700

got a part time job, so I am back working 20 hours, which has helped ease my mind a bit.

walking club at the track resumed this week. with 10 lb weighted vest, walked 30 minutes, took vest off ran 6 minutes which was 3 laps, 3/4 mile.
3/18/10 another gorgeous day outside interval work 11 110 yard sprints 30 minute walk with 10lb weighted vest
