did this circuit style

4x10 pushups (toes)
4x15 situps
4x100 swings w/26lber
MP w/26lber 4x5/5
Bent over rows w/26lber 4x5/5

2nd 3rd and 4th set, did pushups (knees)--I suck at these so I am going to incorporate till I can do a respectable amount!
3rd and 4th repetition..did super sets of MP followed by Bent over rows w/26lber without putting bell down.

this cold I'd been fighting won a bit, taught class saturday and figured it best to not push through and give myself some rest. felt good this morning and got back to it.

walking club at the track resumed this week.
with 10 lb weighted vest, walked 30 minutes, took vest off ran 6 minutes which was 3 laps, 3/4 mile.
