ok decided to see where I was at with pressing..now its been a while since I was pressing the 16kg but pretty sure thanks to the december challenge and all those getups and swings that it might carry over to my pressing work.

joint mobility
3x2/2 w/35lber (this was Military press style, cleaned it once, press, bring to shoulder, press again and this is strict press)
one arm bent over rows w/16kg 3x2/2
one legged squats w/18lber 2x5/5
lunge,squat,combo w/18lber 2x5/5

situps slow and controlled 2x15

Great job! Are you doing the 10k swing challenge for January? With the increase volume you are doing, you are on pace to match or beat that number. It would be cool if you did. Keep up the hard work!

its not that much really.. I've been using kettlebells for almost 5 years now. the 18 and 26 really aren't challenging weight for me anymore. I am working on endurance with high volume low weight and getting results I was hoping for.
