Going to continue doing high volume of swings but will mix up the weights more. With school starting back up in a few weeks, important I have a plan. Another selling point for high volume swings was reading Lisa being able to buy a smaller size pair of jeans from doing so..that rocks!

1/4/10 Back to HFT (High Frequency training) goal is to do one set this week, 2 sets next week, 3 sets week after..you get the idea. The 2009 december kb challenge was good as it got me used to working out 6 days a week.
shoveled sidewalk, parking space, cleaned off car 4th time since Saturday(roof is taller than me so this definitely feels like a workout.
Joint mobility (am workout) Alternating floor press w/26lbers 1x5 Alternating bent over rows w/35lbers 1x5 windmill w/26lber 1x3 kb one legged box squat w/18lber 1x5/5
PM workout- high volume swings
