Check out Jeff Martone's "The Power Behind the Punch" on the tacticalathlete site. I think Jeff is incorporating KBs into the training for boxers. It might be a nice complement or foundation for your boxing.

Making more good progress on the weight. That's always worthy of a smiley! Walking the pups is fun and you get some cardio workout with a purpose.

December 15--been blessed with another 55 degree day, took an hour lunch and went to the park (measured the distance for what 1 lap would be at the park which loops around the CT river. One of my co-workers brought his 35lb dumbbell and joined me but halfway through he puked!) and he ended up walking the laps. I had warned him not to eat before, but he didn't listen.. HOC ( ran all laps) 1 lap clean and press w/26lber 1x10 1 lap sling shot w/26lber 1x20 1 lap SOS swing, snatch, switch arms at kb point of weightlessness, repeat with other arm w/26lber 1x5 lr 1 lap front squat racked 1x5lr 1 lap hindu squats 1x25
2 rounds, took 30 minutes. 10 minutes spent demoed snatch, swing, clean and press, and TGU w/26lber (can get to knees on left, not quite feet though--still needs some work on that, right gets to feet once)

Supervised HOC, (same co-worker from 12/15.. called and requested to do the same HOC from 12/15.. w/one of my kbs and this time, He kicked ass! I demoed swing, clean and press, TGU, windmill, snatch, and full body attack with 2 35lbers...(push press) 1x5.
took the huskies for an hour hike today..taking advantage of the 55 degree weather.

another 55 degree day here in CT..which normally is around 30 this time of year. took the kbs outside. huskie pups were a little worn out from the hike yesterday--a short 30 minute walk today.
double suitcase walks, through the apt down the stairs to the yard.. w/2 35lbers snatch w/35lber 1x10 lr (haven't done this in a while just checking..) double clean and push press 35lbers 5x3 (last set Mike Mahler's full body attack double clean and push press version) double bent over rows with 35lbers 5x3 windmills with 26lber 3x5 lr (getting to the ground both left and right!) double swings with 35lbers 6x5 clean and press w/35lber 2x1 lr 6x1 lr (last 3 reps..really had to tighten and left was a bit more like a side press...till bell got past my shoulder... than it went straight up...good form even on the final rep both arms) renegade rows w/2 35lbers 5x3 lr double suitcase dl w/2 35lbers 6x5 double suitcase holds, back up the stairs to the apt. full body stretching 5 minutes.

Excellent workout! Great to see you getting the co-workers involved too. Sounds like the co-worker had a good experience with the KB vs DB.
You're having some nice weather. It was 8 degrees this morning and warmed up to 26 this afternoon. Back down to 16 right now...on the way to an expected 3 tomorrow morning. The forecast calls for -2 on Monday night. Much too cold for snow. Just clear, cold nights.
