I keep a written copy of my training jnl..good thing! I forgot about the
after the 1 min mtn climbers.. clean and squat 4x10/10 w/35lber 1x10/10 w/26lber Hindu squats 5x1 min.
10/24/06 (back off week) snatch w/35lber 2x15/15 (just making sure I still can ) swings w/26lber 1x20/20 TGU w/18 1x3lr, 1x3lr TGU w/26lber 1x1 lr (got to feet and back down both sidesLeft first)--only 2nd time able to do that) reviewed Lisa Shaffer's book..to clean up form a bit, and Mahler's training workshop manual.--got to be tight to do it with the 26lber (9 hours of sleep--felt pretty good today.)

OK..TIME TO GET BACK TO work..
swings 10x15 2 handed with 44lber 5x15, 1 arm with the 35lber 4x15/15 1 arm with the 44lber 1x15/15 its time to get a 53lber to see how the 2 arm swings go with this..the 44lber 2 hand is going chest level fairly easily. left lower back though is real tight..been noticing it me for a few days...but tolerated the swings fine...push press ok too..
push press w/35lber 3x5/5 one arm rows w/44lber 3x5/5 one arm dl w/44lber 3x5/5 front squat double with 2/26lber 2x5, front squat w/2 35lbers 1x5 (this was difficult getting back up)
guard attacks w/2 26lber 1x5 (got invited to assist at Mahler-Thomas seminar on Nov 11..just checking to see how these go. full body attack w/2 35lber 1x3 (

went to a kb class tonight in CT.. won't be going back though, as the RKC wants me to pay 60 dollars to continue to attend and not something I am interested in doing especially since this RKC was in my certification group... TGU w/26lber 1x3lr 1x1l, 1x2r (dropped it twice on the left) . but a PR-- first time doing 4 reps with the 26lber Left and 5 reps with 26lber on the right. alternating rows with 2 35lbers 1 minute interval (was told I was doing this wrong-.I think... sots press (hadn't done this before..uses a 16lber) 2x5lr and we had to stand up with the bell pressed overhead..form was off..need to review this one. 2 hand swing tried the 53lber. 2x15 PR for me...(went pretty good, the 35lber is going to go up real easy now decksquat thing..did 2 minutes of burpees instead..deck squats have been a problem since my achilles injury front squats with 35lber 2x5 will do planned workout 2 tomorrow...and ordered my 53lber kb..should be here by end of next week.

JMO, but as a courtesy of having the same cert and being in the same class to boot! An introduction to everyone wouldn't be uncalled for either, imo.. Are they teaching any class in that cert class to go with the cert?

Thanks John. This person just doesn't see it that way. I worked very hard to earn my certification and am proud of the accomplishment. Those that taught me and helped me train for it respect that and are proud as well! that's what truly matters IMO.

This week got a little crazy..I headed to NYC twice this week and left me little time for my workouts and OT with my jobs....no excuses...
Nov 11 --trip to NYC #2. Mahler-Thomas seminar...assistant instructor to Mike and Dylan. Great seminar... demoed.. windmill w/26lber, snatch w/35lber. clean and press with 35lber, front squat with 2 26lbers, swings with 35lber, static hold with 53lber (2 hands to clean position) 2 hand swings w/53lber 2x10. bent over rows with 53lber...needs some adjustment.
full body attack...after seminar..got some feedback..to tighen up and not jump back so far...so I don't have to reach to clean the 2 35lber 3 times and Deadlift version with 2 53lbers.. this was easier...than the 2 35lbers...double swings w/2 53lbers 1x3...got to almost waist level..will work on that as well. Monday..back to workouts!
