Impressive, Regina. I think I am going to invest in some more iron over the winter and start integrating some doubles into my routine. I've played with doubles a little bit - it's a whole new ballgame.

Cleans, double or single, require some attention to how much weight you are about to yank off the floor. I have a pair of 16 kg (35#) KBs too. The double clean is definitely more challenging. Front squats with a pair of 35# racked KBs is a real good workout.

Heavy double front squats work your abs and core just as much as your legs. Its good stuff.

I'll try to keep the double front squats in the routine on a regular basis. I put 3 45# plates on the leg extension part of my bench. That hits quads only. I do that if my knees are too sore to handle squats.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your kind words on my workouts. Lisa is my strength coach, I am one of her clients....these workouts are her creations and she is the reason I am able to do this stuff...When it comes to training workouts, Mike Mahler has got nothing on her
